25% of your total price is required upfront, with the balance due at the conclusion of your conference. 

Are travel costs included in the price?

Yes. Proxii includes all costs associated with travel, including flights, hotel, and incidentals. Your all-in-one cost means you do not have to worry about extra fees or hidden costs. 

What if my event is only a 1-day pop-up?

Proxii offers services for multiple event types, including one-day conferences. Pricing is quoted by event duration so you are only paying for the conference days you need.
